Strange problem with android app

Hi. I'm seeing something strange when using the latest android app. The "crosshair" doesn't appear to be aligned with the map on screen. It seems the weather picker data that is displayed is not based on the crosshair, but rather where the top left corner of the map image is.
For example, place the cursor here, the data says 4mph from the N:
Shift the map so the point of interest is in the far top-left corner of the screen, data shows the correct info of 44mph from the NW.
What's going on?
