Bad wind speed

Since last update wind and waves readings are much lower then showed on the map. In website it's OK.

@Avidan-Havi-Bar-sela Yes, this bug is already fixed on all platforms, except Android. On the other hand, we are already starting to release the new version (v.39.3.2) in these days and it should be available for all Android users in upcoming days.
