yep there's a 20 percent chance of development in the Atlantic<br />

i made a prediction the black arrow shows a (POSSIBLE) 10 days away forecast (NOT guaranteed) the red circle shows the system GFS model saying its still like a Tropical depression or tropical storm the blue circles are the High Pressures the show that the high pressure dome on the American land shows it will move into the Atlantic the green line with the question mark is possible track (NOT guaranteed) but I'm just saying the high pressure dome could move into the Atlantic  and properly swirl back into Florida?<br />
