Premiumship across platforms

I have a premium account on iPhone, I have logged into Windy desktop through Apple but my account doesn't appear as a premium on this platform. Shouldn't it be?

@F-O-2 There must be a problem somewhere, as your screen name here on the forum does not have premium beside it. I hope they get it sorted out for you.

I sign in via Apple on all devices and don’t have a problem.

@F-O-2 You are probably logged in with different email address. I would recommend checking the user info in both devices to see which email has to be used.

Because I signed in through Apple, I had to use the same email address. So, that shouldn't be the problem.
