Not showing right tides for japan

Showing tomorrow's tides instead of today.

Thanks, I'm aware of how to view the tides. The problem is that it shows the wrong tide info (it shows the following day's tide)
It seems like you've got the japanese timezone parameter incorrect on the view tide function

@benparkes Can you please test the behavior when you move the timeline to actual date and time? I cannot replicate the behavior at all.
