LROV airport is actually LRBV

Brașov Ghimbav Airport which is in windy as LROV is actually LRBV, and therefore does not have any information. No NOTAMs, no METARs, no TAFs.

@mniosif Hi, we are aware of the issue with certain airports and their changed data on different codes. I will discuss this with colleagues.
