Inquire about premium account duplicate payment

I paid for the premium account today.
In the process of making a PayPal payment, the payment was made in duplicate due to an error in selecting the country within Windy.
How can I cancel and refund the duplicate?

@midoran Hi, I found two attempts to purchase the subscription, but only one of them was successfully finished. So if you were charged twice, Fastspring should return the unsuccessful one to you.
