Dear @مطارد-العواصف, we have recently switched to using Nowcast as our source for lightning data. Based on evaluations from multiple independent sources, we believe their data to be the most reliable available.
Regarding the specific issue you've raised, it's worth noting that the lightning symbols remain visible on the map for up to 40 minutes after the lightning event has been detected. From your screenshot, it appears that the lightning symbols you are concerned about are quite faded, which suggests that they may have occurred some time ago.

لكن للأسف فقرتك الأخيرة لا تعالج المشكل احينا تظهر بروقا متوهجة في اماكن صافية تماما ولم تصلها أي سحابة مطلقا النظام لبد من إصلاح الأمر. -
My colleague wanted to say that the lightnings, you mentioned, stay usually for 40 minutes on the map and these in the upper part of your screenshot are a bit blurred, which means that they can show up on the edge of the cloud and meanwhile the cloud moves.
Also, the lightning icon in the bottom part of the screenshot is more recent one and it is also much closer to the cloud. I hope this is understandable that all of these can appear when the cloud was there. However, if you find any new lightings completely outside of clouds, you can let us know.
