      I recently purchased Windy premium. But when I load it, it does not acknowledge that it is premium. What should I do?

          @ocala hi I just purchased premium and opened a account. Keeps asking for me to go premium, how do I know if it is working

                @dingoe6 You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:

                1. Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
                2. Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”

                This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.
