@Ondřej-Šutera windy is now a daily reason for trouble. have installed another app for a widget that I will keep. there are even more reasons for criticism, but the developers seem deaf. if my subscription has expired and nothing changes, it was after years.

@otti-0 Hi, can you specify these issues, I went through all your posts and replies and you didn't mention anything specific, except missing circles in lightnings.

missing flash animations, widgets rarely work and the picker likes to jump anywhere. actually a great app but such things just annoy -
@otti-0 Can you tell us more info about widgets? What issue do you exactly have now in the lates version?

@otti-0 another thing: why do the flash animations work in the browser and not in the app, and why does the picker just hop somewhere?

@otti-0 Flash animations should work on all devices right now. I tested the feature on Android and iOS devices, and they work well.
According to the picker, if you mean the appearance of crosshair picker anytime you move with the map, it is correct behavior since version 39.

@Ondřej-Šutera No. when I make a selection with the picker, the picker often jumps somewhere afterwards

@otti-0 You have basically two options how to use the picker. You can select your location and check the forecast, however, the move of the map will move the picker and automatically the forecast as well. Or you can turn this automatic change off, so you can move the map without changing the detail, however, if you check another location, you need to close the previous one.

@Ondřej-Šutera the problem with the picker and the widgets seems to be solved. if the lightning animations would finally work now, you could almost be satisfied..

@otti-0 Could you please compare your Android app with browser version of Windy, if lightnings are completely missing in the radar layer?
