        @idefix37 by disregard, I mean that user complaints are treated like this: "We will ignore you until you accept our changes or cancel the subscription."

              @Ortlepp-Enrico No one disregards users of Windy.com. We are working on investigation of this issue in these days, but we have certain info, according to missing lightning data, from only two users.

              Also, I checked your screenshots and you share the screenshot from the mobile app where it works but also doesn't. Does the issue persist? Could you please provide details about your device? (Model, Android version, version of Windy, version of WebView in your device)

                Hi, note he said one screenshot is from the app, the other from the browser on same device.

                  @idefix37 I know but both screenshots look like they are from the app. The only difference is that logged user doesn't see lightning data, the unlogged one does.

                  But I would need to have this confirmed from @Ortlepp-Enrico or @otti-0

                    @Ondřej-Šutera yes, the flash animations are from the browser, the missing animations are from the app. nokia 6.2 andro11 windy 39.3.2 webview version 117.0.5938.60

                                      @Ortlepp-Enrico Yes, you can login to your Premium in the browser as well. Premium is assigned to your account, not device.
