Tried to upgrade to premium, no email

Good morning,
I paid via FastSpring and Paypal to upgrade to premium. I haven't received a Windy code or login via email in order to sign in. How do I link accounts? All I have is a transaction ID.

@cbarba1 Hi, is it possible that you used different email than ck*****nge@aol.com? I cannot find any account under this one.
