My location, off-centered in widget

Seeing as the weather in NY is often coming in from the west or southwest, I'd like to set "my location" to appear in the upper right corner of the widget or map, so I can see what's blowing in. 90% of the time I don't follow the weather to the north and east, because it already blew through my area.
