Cannot pay?

I have updated my payment information several times. Still Windy comes back and say that it cannot process the payment. How to solve?

@TrackCT I have the same problem renewing by subscription.. I have updated the "valid until" date and the CVC code several times. My credit card company told me that all attempts were done with the old "valid until" date. Fastspring account payment method shows the new date. On Fastspring there is no support/help link.
