All 4 weather radars in İzmir Güzelyalı show rain, but not a single drop has fallen since the morning 😀

What do you mean with “4 weather radars” ? There is only ONE Radar layer in Windy, this one :

But if you mean weather models they are 5 and they show the rain forecast like that:

Weather radars are NOT able to predict rain, they just provide pictures of past and present rainfalls.
