Can’t seem to get the complications for Apple Watch Ultra version 2 to show up. I have deleted the phone app and the Watch app several times and still can’t make it work. Any advice? IOS’s are all up to date

Have Windy as a complication in the top left of the Infographic watch face. No icon is displayed. If i tap in the upper left, the Windy data is displayed. But it's annoying not to have the icon displayed.
