Weird refreshing of webcams

From today a seeing weird bugs with all webcams on PC - in archive for 24 hours there are 1 or 2 screenshots, but when i checked it about 7 hours ago there was 11 shots for 24 hours - 15 hr ago and some new. Now that 7 hour old "new shots" disappeared.

@Дмитрий-Орлов Hi, I checked that webcam and it looks okay to me, however, it is possible that there was a certain outage on the end of provider that could affect this.

@Дмитрий-Орлов Hi, all windy webcam free timelapse slideshows of last 24 hours, 30 days, 12 months and lifetime images have been restored (including on embed player mode) about 3/4 hours ago from my reply post.
