Cannot restore my Premium account.

I’ve paid for my premium account to renew it but I cannot access my account. Went through the procedure to restore my account but it still does not work. This is becoming tedious!

Hi @biong, may I ask on which device you made the purchase? Sometimes it is possible that users don't assign the Premium with an account, there is no scam in the service. I would like to help you to solve this.

So I have a Premium account - I have proof of payment through PayPal but the system is telling me I time out on 19 hours when I paid on 27 September for 12 months. Actually I think I paid twice but you (Administrator) will be able to see that.
Can someone re-set my account to show payment through to 26 September 2024.Note: I have no idea how these chat things work so I could be wasting my time typing this - who knows.

@pcroft It looks like you used to have subscription since October 2021, which is now canceled and it will end tomorrow. Then you made the new purchase in September 2023. I would recommend to wait for the complete cancellation of the old one and then you can connect the new one. I would send the reference number necessary for assigning to you.
