I’ve been paying for over a year and after some phone I sure I logged in and haven’t been able to restore my premium account?? Message says my premium is tied to xxxx email which is the one I log in with yet nothing changes

Hi @dpaden, I see that your account under username dpaden is not connected to your Premium. Could you please share the invoice or any other details that could help us to find the account which is assigned to your Premium?
