I was charged for a Premium option I NEVER activated. Google Play refuses to reimburse me and says that I must ask you. So I do ask you for an immediate refund of a subscription I never intentionally made.
Your way of acting is not compliant with European law.
If not immediately refunded, I'll bring my case to an Italian tribunal. -

@Tullio-Avoledo Hi, I already refunded your payment on Google play, however the purchase of the subscription can't be unintentional, since you need to confirm the purchase in your Google Play, which is processing the whole payment, at least twice.
