I'm a paramotor pilot and love Windy. The windspeed options at lower altitudes is "surface" then "300ft" then "2000ft". Typically we in Europe (I live in Belgium) fly between the lower legal limit of 500ft and 2000ft. Since most light aircraft sightsee around 1000ft - 2000 ft I try to keep lower than 1000ft to avoid them. However the interesting windspeed layers for us between 500 and 2000ft are not offered in Windy, unless I'm missing something. It would be good to have at least one, better two extra windspeed figures of e.g. 500ft and 1000ft.
Thanks for an otherwise great app.

I am not an aviation specialist, but have you tried to use the Sounding forecast feature (right click on mouse)? You can set precisely the altitude and get the wind speed and direction at this level.

Of course it is a local forecast. Just a though.
