<![CDATA[Premium not working on new phone while old one crashed!]]>I have a premium account. My old phone crashed and now on the new it said you can not get your premium account because it is already on another phone! How to get pass this problem.

You assigned your Premium to email with a typo (missing "y"). So please delete your account with correct email, then login with wrong one and change the email there to your correct one.   1. Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
  2. Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”

This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

I see you logged in with free account, so you need to have your Premium assigned to a different email address.
