Premium not working on new phone while old one crashed!

Yesterday I checked my account and there is no premium on this email. I tried to buy premium and paid two times but didn't get my premium account yet. On my creditcard I also can not see that it is book of. What to do?

Also the device, where you made the purchase would be appreciated.

@Ondřej-Šutera i just log out from my windy premium account when i log in again its not premium anymore? I cannot restore it.

@iam_mai This issue is standardly caused by the fact, user assigned the Premium with different email address (including a typo very often). Can you please provide further info, invoice or any similar confirmation at support@windy.com, so we can help you to solve this issue?

@iam_mai Please try to handle this process in our iOS Windy app and let me know about the result:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

@iam_mai Okay, so you probably see the issue as well. You assigned your Premium to email with a typo (missing "y"). So please delete your account with correct email, then login with wrong one and change the email there to your correct one. If you have any questions, please let me know.
