Meteo Webcams Map - Real-Time Weather Preview

Webcams that we select so that you can see the actual weather in the area.

Webcams are a great help in analyzing the weather on the ground before the trip. However, clicking on several webcams and looking for the right one could be tedious and time-consuming.

That's why we've made things easier for you, and now you can turn on a preview of all webcams on the map. This way, you immediately know what the weather is like at that location. This allows you to choose the webcam that gives you the best view.

And guess what? It's free and ad-free. We keep our word and always want to develop both premium and free features.

How to turn on/off the preview

We know that the preview takes up a lot of space on the map. That's why you can turn it off and on as you like. Take a look at the images to guide you.

How to add a new webcam

Anyone can add a webcam as long as they have the permission of the camera owner.

Open any camera
Click on add new camera
Follow the instructions
Once approved, the camera will be added

The camera does not need to be visible to everyone if you only want it for your personal use. Webcams on Windy are primarily for weather, so we delete webcams where they are indoors or just advertising.

For each webcam, we list its source, which can be clicked on from the camera details. This way, you can bring a lot of visitors to your website.

The ideal webcam on Windy includes:

Outdoor view (we don't approve any indoor cameras)
Both land and sky
High resolution
Important location (beach, lake, mountain, airport)

View cameras near your place
Filter only daylight webcams
Add a webcam widget (Android only)

@meatmaker I would like to know that too. Haven't found it yet in the Chrome browser display ... would really like to look at that on this desktop.
