Hurricane Tracker Initial Zoom

Hurricane Tracker is great. I suggest:

1. Set initial zoom to 5. This is far enough out to see where hurricane has been and is forecast to go. Current initial zoom level 8 is so close in that geographical context is lost.
2. At zoom levels below 7, farther out, remove the info boxes. They really obscure graphical information. Have info boxes appear at 7 and closer in.
