Time annotations wrong since update

Hi there, since the current time dashed line was added to the meteograms, basic viewer at the bottom of the page, the time annotations have gone wrong when you change time zones.
For example when I move to look at Tokyo, the orange time pointer on the graphic at the bottom says 0500am local time (2000Z) when it should be 2000pm local time and 1100Z.
Please could this be looked at.

@Threlfa7 Can you tell us further info about the issue? Which browser do you use? Does this issue persist all the time?

@Ondřej-Šutera Hi there, I am using chrome and the problem was still persisting today.

@Ondřej-Šutera The error seems intermittent. Refreshing the browser fixes the error but then it returns after a period of time, particularly if you look at a location in a different time zone.

@Threlfa7 Unfortunately, it is not yet. I think it could be solved in version 41, which is planned until the end of the year.
