        @ops-user What exactly did you see when the error appeared? On which device did you try to purchase it?

          Basically I have use in computer. during online payment through card showing error.

            @ops-user I checked your screenshot, but deleted it because of security reasons, since it is not the best idea to share your card info.

            Could you please try to purchase it in your Windy.com app in the same device? We use Google Play to process these purchases so hopefully it should be okay.
