24 hr/12 hr format issues

if you switch the time formats on the web app it applies correctly. It stays in 24-hour format for widgets.

@kdiesenb Which app are you using?

interesting...I've never paid attention to this before. I have an android device, running v39.3.2. I can change the settings to 12h on the website or app and my Wind Detail Widget always displays 24h - despite refreshing the widget.
