@ronlarson There is a certain issue with your attempts on the end of Fastspring, which handles purchases in our web app. Could you please try to handle the purchase in our app Windy.com on your mobile device? We use Google Play or AppStore to process these.

I want to use it on the computer. When will the problem be fixed?

@ronlarson You can still use the Premium on all devices, since the Premium is assigned to an account in Windy. So you purchase on any of devices, assign the Premium to your account and then you can use the Premium on all of them.
Unfortunately, I don't know the cause why Fastspring declined your attempts

I paid for the Premium upgrade via the Google App store. I have the receipt and confirmation of payment. However, my app will not upgrade to Premium.

@gregthebrewer But I see you have Premium here, so please login with email *******brewer@gmail.com and password on your other devices.
