not able to sign in on new device

I cannot sign into my account to re-initiate my premium membership.
I get some notification that says my purchase is related to my google acct and with that I cannot restore my purchase.
I no longer use google as they have locked me out.
How do I get my new device to get my premium subscription? -
@Weatherme1 Hi, you used the Premium account to post this message, so you are logged in here. You need to login with the same account on other devices as well to access the Premium.
