Rain radar rain widget seeable but not in app

In the iPhone the widget shows correctly the rain. But when open the app selecting the rain radar layer no rain is seeable over hole Europe.
Sometimes it helps to close the app and restart it

I'm seeing the same thing on my OnePlus 8 pro running oos13.1. The weather radar shows in the widget but not in the app. All other layers show properly. I uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app. It worked for a while and then stopped again. Same issue.. Only weather radar fails to show in the app but the widget shows properly and plays the animation as expected. -
@speedlever Can you tell me if the satellite layer works for you, when the issue occurs in radar as well?

If I didn't respond to this my apologies. Yes, the satellite layer works fine. Seems only the radar weather layer is flaky for me.
