weather alerts

I bought a premium subscription in order to receive weather alerts in advance. I have set up the conditions under which I want to receive a notification by email and in the mobile application. However, unfortunately no notifications are coming. Rechecked several times, everything seems to be correct. The email is confirmed. What else could I have missed, please tell me?

@profbroker At this moment, there is an AND login in all conditions so it can be the cause of no alerts on your end. Our colleagues are working on large update of the whole feature but it will take some time.
