1 Account on 2 devices

I use Windy PREMIUM on my Iphone.
I have another old account on Windy PC and I want to convert it into the same account PREMIUM I use on Iphone.
Can you explain how should I proceed ?
I tried but as soon as I inert my account Premium the response is "alredy in use on a different user" or something like this ...

@Gianfrancoski Our Premium is connected to the account under the email address. So if you want to use the same account on your desktop, you have to login with same email and password as you use in your iPhone app.
