Mistakenly purchased 2 subscriptions

Hello!
My profile showed that my premium subscription had ended and I couldn't use premium features. Therefore I logged on the web account (mistakenly using google credentials, that is my google e-mail), which was on 17th of October. And today (24th October) I realized that the mistake has been done and automatic renewal of my main account has been renewed. Only thing I cannot understand is, why it didn't get renewed instantly, but had to wait for another week, which made me to repurchase the subscription.
Could You please take a look at it and cancel and refund one of the subscriptions?
