      Good morning, Although I've had a Premium account for the last year you have still not picked up that I have a new phone and I am unable to access my Premium account.         @Rosstheboss1950 Hi, there is no need to handle the change of the device on our end. Premium is assigned to an account and you only need to login with that account (I checked your email and it is the correct one).
