      I'm good at programming but before to begin the jurney I would like to confront my idea/needs with someone good with the Windy insides.

      I'm looking a way to disable (or to adjust) the color mashup between the different color areas in wind/wave.
      See the picture attached, I would like to obtain the effect on the right.
      Is this possible?
      Any tips is very well appreciated.

        If you are good at programming you should find easily the way to get yourself a non-smoothed map. Windy offers a way to customise the color scale. Looking at your Windy map, I guess you used this feature.
        This color scale example should allow you to understand how to get a discrete scale i.e non-continuous:
