@mbm12 Unfortunately, it looks like this location doesn't have radar available or it is not possible to get it to Windy. If you know about any source of radat for your location, we would be glad to check that.

@mbmpc How do you mean this exactly? We still don't have more info according to this radar, however, colleagues are planning to take a look at that.

@mbmpc We use different provider for data in Brazil and they have an issue with this location.

This is because radar and lightning detection are 2 different systems.

@Suty Two years ago it was working, I paid Windy to keep track of the rains on the radar, but the radar is no longer working. It's no longer worth paying for the subscription.

I know they are predictions, I don't even know which one to trust, one day I looked at the models it was raining so much and it didn't rain at all. That's why it would be good to have a radar, next year I'll cancel windy's subscription. );

@mbmpc Hi, we are aware of this issue, but it is simply not caused by us. I know that this situation is not good for locals, but we simply don't have any reliable source to take and provide these data at this moment.

@Suty I wanted to subscribe to an annual plan to check the radar and track the rainfall in my region. Since 2024, this issue still hasn't been fixed.
