Why haven't I seen lightning signals for over a month?
-
@Ondřej-Šutera I use an iPhone.. The problem of not seeing lightning has been present for months, before the iPhone was updated, and it also did not change whenever you updated the application.

@suleiman123 Can you share the version of Windy with us (You can find this in the menu of app)? Can you please check the error console in Windy, also in the menu?
And did you check the browser in the same device? Can you test it if you see lightnings there in comparison to the app?

@suleiman123 Did you test the browser in that device?
-
@Ondřej-Šutera Yes, from the Firefox browser and the Chrome browser, the lightning signals work, but inside the application they do not work. This image is from the Firefox browser

@Ondřej-Šutera Yes, from Firefox and Chrome browsers, lightning signals is work. So how can the problem be solved within the Windy application on the My iPhone?
-
@suleiman123 Our colleagues are already investigating the whole issue, so I will keep you posted about any progress.
-
@Ondřej-Šutera Unfortunately, it's been almost 20 days and the problem has not been resolved (there is no lightning signal at all in the app). I rush to update the app every time a new update is downloaded, but unfortunately, there seems to be no interest.

@suleiman123 We are aware of certain number of users with this issue, but we are not able to replicate it on our end and there is almost nothing we can get from these users which could help us to solve this. We didn't loose any interest in solving this, but it is much more difficult than we expect.
