Widget: dot synced to wind direction

Say the wind is blowing from the west, it makes sense to see further west to see what is coming. Now, the widget's "my location" dot is always centered. Id like it be offset, synced with the wind direction.

When the wind shifts to come from the north, I should see a hundred miles north and twenty miles south on the widget.
