I realise that all of Windy weather models are different but was wondering which weather model you feel is more accurate? I live on the Isle of Man near to the coast and find the UKV model closest to accuracy, any thoughts?

Yes, in your area, UKV is probably the best model because of its 1.5 km resolution over Great Britain, only 4 km in other areas of its domain. On a small island it is better to use a high resolution model on sea shore.
But sometime I find it overstates the wind speed specially the wind gusts.
And for longer forecast time frame you can use the ECMWF model.
