      I have a Premium Account but I am not able to See that they Account ist active, because I always See the Advertisement to open a Premium Account.

        @Peter-Klamser Hello, to pair Premium, follow these steps:

        1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
        2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
        3. Click on 'Restore purchases
        4. On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice.

              Incorrectly charged for renewal. Not due till Feb 24. How do I get a refund please?

                Actually, I was able to restore with the code, but how do I get one of the payments refunded?
