I am not able to see any icon like Archive in my premium account too.
How can I access 1 year historical data as mentioned in the features of Premium package? -

First you need to select the Satellite view, like your first screenshot, and click on the word Archive…. So simple.
It is clearly shown in my screenshot which is just a copy of yours ! -

Hope you are serious ! Because your first screenshot was showing the Satellite view !! So you can’t ignore how to display this view, -

Can I export the rainfall data i.e. GFS, ECMWF and ICON of 1 year at once in premium version? -

No, with Premium you can only get past Satellite pictures over a period of 1 year, nothing more.
And no past forecasts data from the different weather models.
