ACCESS Model not showing hourly data

When using the ACCESS model, selecting a 1-hour interval doesn't work reliably. It mostly stays in 3-hour interval mode. No problem with other models, just ACCESS. This drives me crazy because I live in Australia and use ACCESS most of the time. The problem could be location-related.
