      I am trying to buy a gift subscription of the Premium Windy. I can't get to the subscription page as it keeps saying I already have a premium subscription.
      Any suggestions on how I can do this?

        @ir-sr-lindsay You need to make a purchase as unlogged user and you cannot login after making the purchase. Then the gifted user will get the reference number (WINDY123456-1234-12345) and will connect it with his/her account. Detailed info here.

          Hello - we attempted to purchase a premium gift subscription for a friend but the new subscription seems to be associated with our current account. Our email address is sr.ir.lindsay@gmail.com and the new order reference ID is WINDY231116-1264-42181

          We would like to cancel the gift order and get our money refunded please. We will try and find another way to gift the subscription.

          Below is the error message we get when we try to login to our existing Windy account
          *You are already Premium

          Your account is already associated with an active Windy Premium, valid until 8 Mar 2024, 10:00 am, purchased through FastSpring.

          We recommend you ask FastSpring for a refund for your newly purchased Windy Premium. Alternatively, you can assign it to a different account.

            I am having the same problem. I purchased a premium subscription (when logged out...in fact before I even set up a Windy account). I received a confirmation and copy of my receipt from "Paddle", but no activation code from Paddle or Fast Spring. I followed the directions on the home page menu, which indicates that I should have received a code from Fast Spring.

              @SMccandelss Hi, we didn't change this article, but we changed the subscription management service from Fastspring to Paddle a few weeks ago. Paddle offers the same possibility and you can find the code in the invoice. It starts with 'txn'.
