Great disappointment , Je suis déçu, dans votre publicité Premium vous annoncez des mises à jour update every 4h ) Arome toutes les 4 h.
It is not true ! It does not woks , Ce n’est pas le cas et cela est très décevant !

Hi @jjhb, it is not every 4 hours, but 4x a day (every 6h). See info box for AROME:

@Filip_K Effectivement vous annoncez « au moins » 4x /jour donc au moins every 6 h mais sur la réalité obtenue on est plutôt à every 7h d’interval
Par ailleurs , le site concurrent Windy app arrive à des updates tous les 4h
Donc j’attendais cette fréquence équivalente de rafraîchissement de votre part

Hi @jjhb. Interesting, according to MeteoFrance web, new forecast is computed every 3h. If I remember correctly, it used to be every 6h before.

It is possible that more frequent model runs have been added recently. We might add new model runs (03Z, 09Z, 15Z and 21Z) in the future.

So , I hope a lot that the improvement will follow . Arome forecast is useful with the 3h refresh . It was the main Aspect for me to buy your premium solution

More clearly I am surprised to see that the update of the new run of AROME is often available on other website (like meteociel) while it is no yet available in windy. So I hope updating will be faster soon

@Mathieu-Gervais météociel has a direct link to MF and windy pumps a miror server so it takes more time due to MF way of dealing with "Open data" its about to be solved on the 2nd of january
