Removing all webcam icons.
-
I had selected the webcam layer, to check it out.
But now, if I DEselect the layer again, all the webcam icons are still there.
I would assume that the webcams icons should dissapear, when you DEselect the webcam layer?Is looks like a bug to me.

@clrwind
You can deselect all points of interest including webcams by clicking the small cross.
You can deselect the webcams previews with the button.

Clicking the "X" did it :-) Learn something everyday.
There is a lot of menuing going on in windy to get my head around.I'm not not sure what you mean by "Which one do you use?"
But if it is what windy version. I'm on PC, Win 11, Firefox.

Which of the cross or the button were you using to remove the webcam icons, apparently you were not using the right setting

First of all I had not quite figured out how the menu systems work. I understand more now.I had added the Webcams (-layer) by clicking the 'sliding button'. Now I had all the webcams icons all over the map.
I was clicking the webcam 'sliding button' again to deselect the webcams, expecting the webcam icons to dissapear, which they didn't.
I see now that clicking the buttons adds or removes from the layers bar, but doesn't immediately change what is allready shown on the map.
Hope that explained my misunderstanding.
