            What version is your iPhone? If it is very old, it may not be able to use the latest release.

                    I also have a problem on your site, I log into my account and I don't see the maps. Let me know if you can fix it, or uninstall the app and return my subscription

According to the issue, can you send any screenshots of the issue from our webapp? Did you try the webapp via browser in the same device where you have our app installed? Which browser do you use?

                                          I'm trying to access your application from my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 17.1.1 and your application won't open, I've also sent photos from my mobile phone.
                                          From my computer I try to enter from SAFARI and OPERA, and from my computer I have sent photos
