              @Themis-2 Hi, I am sorry about the delay in our reply, we had public holidays on the last Friday. According to the issue, can you send any screenshots of the issue from our webapp? Did you try the webapp via browser in the same device where you have our app installed? Which browser do you use?

                            I'm trying to access your application from my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 17.1.1 and your application won't open, I've also sent photos from my mobile phone.
                            From my computer I try to enter from SAFARI and OPERA, and from my computer I have sent photos

                                    @Ondřej-Šutera the browser is updated to the latest version. and the application on my mobile did not open, I have had the problem for quite some time

                                          @Themis-2 Okay, and can you please visit Windy.com in the Chrome browser and try to get to the console of the browser? There can be some errors that could help us.

                                            it doesn't even open in SAFARI. OPERA, CHROMIOUM, any of the three. Can you tell me how to open your app on my mobile
