        @Themis-2 Could you please update your browser to the latest versions and check the console if there are any errors? Also from when do you have this issue?

          @Ondřej-Šutera the browser is updated to the latest version. and the application on my mobile did not open, I have had the problem for quite some time

                @Themis-2 Okay, and can you please visit Windy.com in the Chrome browser and try to get to the console of the browser? There can be some errors that could help us.

                  it doesn't even open in SAFARI. OPERA, CHROMIOUM, any of the three. Can you tell me how to open your app on my mobile

                                  @Themis-2 Do you have any SW in these devices, that could affect certain web app features? To be completely honest, we haven't met the issue like you have. Do you use the lockdown mode for example, or anything similar?

                                    in the past I didn't have any problem, I also received notifications from the application on my mobile. the problem presented I was surprised

                                      @Themis-2 Is it possible that you installed certain app, tool or VPN that could affect network behavior? Did you do any changes in the used network?

                                        ok, I had activated the limited accessibility on my mobile phone, that's why the application didn't open, I disabled it and everything was included
