I paid money already but can not create premium account

My account was paid my Momo wallet (from Vietnam) , and I have checked already that the money was paid already but my account still not upgrade to premium, please help me to check, thanks -
@Ba-tung-Nguyen Hi, which platform did you use for the purchase? Google Play, AppStore or Fastspring on the desktop?

@Ba-tung-Nguyen Yes, Momo is probably something like PayPal, but we use Google Play, AppStore and Fastspring to handle all purchases of our Premium and then one of these can work together with Momo for the payment. Can you let me know which device you used for the purchase?

@Ba-tung-Nguyen You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below on the device, where you made the purchase:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

@Ondřej-Šutera Well noted, I already press restore purchase but it still not help, my account still not in premium mode. Could you log in to my account & recheck for me? thank you!

@Ba-tung-Nguyen Unfortunately it is not possible, did you handle that process on the same device, where you made the purchase? Also what did you get after tapping on Restore purchases button? Can you share the screenshot of it?
